How does the Virtual Assistant support work?

Your VA helps implement your monthly content by posting social content, uploading emails, scheduling campaigns, light tracking, and providing ongoing monthly support—so your marketing actually gets done.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. A 3-month commitment is required for the Content Club + Virtual Assistant support. This allows enough time to implement, stay consistent, and see momentum.

How does billing work?

Billing occurs per payment period and covers a 3-month block of content and VA support.

Can I cancel?

You may cancel before the end of your 90-day term to prevent renewal. Once canceled, no future payments will be processed.

Can I request custom or practice-specific changes?

This service follows our club-based monthly content plan designed for chiropractors. You’re welcome to share feedback, but content is only slightly customized. If you want personalized content, we offer separate custom services here.

What platforms do you support?

We support the Systeme.io platform because it’s the system we know best and can support most efficiently. Systeme.io allows you to collect new patient requests, manage your email list, and run simple, effective funnels for booking appointments and subscribing to your magazine.

For social scheduling, we use Buffer, which allows us to schedule and post content to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

All content is shared with you for review before it goes live, with a clear deadline for any edits or changes before scheduling. Your business details, branding, and social media information are confirmed during onboarding to ensure everything is accurate and aligned from the start.

Is this done-for-you or done-with-you?

This is primarily a done-for-you service. We implement the monthly content from the Content Club directly into your accounts, with light collaboration from you when approvals or videos are needed. We also provide basic performance stats so you can see what’s being shared, track consistency, and understand your ongoing visibility and progress.
