Our promise: We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We only use it to run YAYChiro and support you.

This Privacy Policy explains what information YAYChiro ("we," "us" and "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, apps (Campaign Flow Monthly and AdMentor), community and services.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, practice or business name, and anything you send us when you contact support or request help.
  • Content you enter into our apps: things like campaign plans, offers, ad text and settings you create or save.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
  • Usage information: basic details about how you use our websites and apps, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general activity.
  • Communications: emails and messages you send us, and whether you open or click our emails.

2. How we use your information

  • to provide your Membership, give you access to the apps and community, and set up your account;
  • to process payments, send receipts and manage renewals;
  • to give support and help with Systeme.io set-up;
  • to send service emails, such as access details, reminders and important updates;
  • to send tips and offers about YAYChiro, which you can stop at any time;
  • to improve our apps and services, keep them secure, and prevent misuse; and
  • to follow the law.

3. We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising. We never rent or trade your contact details.

4. When we do share information

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run YAYChiro, and only as needed for them to do their job. These include services for payments, email delivery, website and funnel hosting (such as Systeme.io), app hosting, and customer support. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy would continue to protect your information.

5. Artificial intelligence features

Some features in our apps may use third-party AI services to create suggestions, such as offers, ad ideas or content. When you use those features, the content you enter may be processed by those providers to generate a result. We do not sell that content.

6. Patient information

Our services are for marketing your practice. Please do not enter patient names, health records or other protected health information into our apps, forms or community.

7. Cookies and similar tools

Our websites and the platforms we use may use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember your choices, understand how our pages are used, and keep our services working properly. You can control cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work without them.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your choices below).

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website, app or method of storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You will still receive important service emails.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, such as those under California law. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.

Our services are for adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Our pages may link to other websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
