Do I have to commit to three months?

Yes. Support is booked in three-month blocks, with the full quarterly fee paid before work begins. Another block is scheduled only with your agreement.

Does six hours include all the listed tasks?

The list shows tasks we can help with. We prioritize the highest-value work together within six hours each month. Larger projects are quoted separately.

Can you get my webinar ready?

The plan supports one core webinar per year, using existing materials, with up to three title refreshes across the year to rotate the promotion. Light updates to slides, registration and emails are prioritized within your six monthly hours. Additional webinars, full production or new funnels are quoted separately.

What exactly is included in the two-ad package?

We agree on two campaigns or ad sets per month. Each includes basic setup, one round of creative revisions and basic performance reporting. Ad spend is separate, and extensive creative or funnel work is quoted separately.

Can you email my current patients and new leads?

Yes, through your approved systems and appropriately permissioned lists. Your practice approves messaging and is responsible for privacy, consent and applicable healthcare marketing compliance.

Does ad management include the ad budget?

No. The $400 monthly management fee is separate from ad spend, which your practice pays directly to Google or Meta.

Can I use both services?

Yes. Both together cost $800/month, paid as $2,400 for each three-month service block.

Are results guaranteed?

No specific patient, lead or revenue result is guaranteed. We report the metrics available from your connected tools and recommend practical next steps.
